1) Complete the Subscription Form ( see subsription form below )
2) Your Registration Account is CREATED but not yet ACTIVATED
3) An automated confirmation e-mail will be sent to you giving your username and password.
4) ACTIVATION will take place once Payment is confirmed.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE - DEBIT ORDER FORM
1) Complete and sign subscription debit order form .
R150 per month Subscription Form
2) Submit Debit order as follows :
> Fax Debit Order Form to '086 670 7773
OR
> Scan and e -mail Debit Order Form to bareed@iafrica.com
3) A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you confirming ACTIVATION of your account
